Our client, a prestigious Private Equity firm with an office in Midtown East is seeking a long-term temp Investor Relations Coordinator to cover a maternity leave. This role starts in the next week or 2 with a contract thru mid-September. This role is fully onsite Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, with 30 minutes for lunch. Limited OT as needed. Hourly pay rate is 40-45/hr DOE.

Responsibilities:

• Providing EA support to our Partner & Head of Investor Relations (95%) as well as two (2) IR Associates (5%):
• Heavy calendar management
• Extensive travel both overseas and domestic (with constant changes)
• Monthly expenses in Concur
• Updating SalesForce database (experience not essential but big plus)
• Preparing pitch books and binding of documents for IR Investor meetings.

Requirements:

• BA/BS Degree with 5+ years of experience assisting at senior level ; excellent performance record
• Tech savvy - advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Must be able to work onsite 5 days/week

• Strong drive and work ethic; very reliable
• Very strong travel and calendar management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Polished and professional demeanor and team-player mentality
• Exceptional level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality
• Helpful Experience:

• Event planning experience
• Private Equity experience
• Any marketing experience
• Experience with Concur Expense preferred
• Previous experience in the financial services industry a plus, specifically private equity experience
• Knowledge of SalesForce; SunGard and/or Anduin
