Our client, a top global private equity company, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a dynamic group of Human Capital professionals in their NYC office. The hours are 9am-5:30pm (flexibility for OT as needed) and they operate on a hybrid schedule with four days in office and one day remote (flex for three/two or five days in office). In this exciting role, help be the backbone of the organization and add value in several key areas!
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to a Managing Director and team of Directors
- Manage complex calendars in Outlook and coordinate a heavy volume of internal meetings; shift priorities often independently
- Process invoices in Concur in a timely fashion
- Assist with recruiting and database management in Greenhouse
- Arrange travel for the team including flights, hotels, car service, and restaurant reservations; create detailed itineraries
Qualifications:
- 5-10+ years' experience in an EA role
- Capable of utilizing good judgment to make decisions and handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly Outlook
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written; excellent attention to detail
- Capable of balancing competing priorities in a fast paced environment
- Experience with Amex Travel and Concur preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $110K base depending on experience + OT + bonus
