Our client, a registered investment advisor, is seeking a Research Coordinator to support an investment team in their NYC office. The hours are 8am - 5pm (flex for OT) and they operate on a hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days remote.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and project support to investment staff in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Rack and highlight all upcoming non-deal roadshows, conference meetings, events, analyst days, and earnings calls
• Schedule corporate access, sell side analyst meetings, and expert calls
• Assist in the facilitation of research and model aggregation
• Manage calendar, book travel arrangements, and process expenses

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2-4+ years' experience in financial services
• Corporate Access knowledge necessary; Equity Capital Markets knowledge a plus
• Highly organized and proactive team player with keen attention to detail
• Analytical thinker comfortable synthesizing information into digestible formats

Compensation/Benefits:

• Up to $90K - $115K base + bonus
