Our client, a healthcare research organization in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary AV Events Associate (Zendesk) to support their busy office!
About You:
- 2+ years of AV, events, programmatic, and administrative experience.
- A Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Proficient with MS Office Products; must be tech savvy.
- Experience with ZenDesk is required; experience with Salesforce is ideal.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule on-site (3 days/week) at the Washington, DC location.
The Job:
- Process event and meeting requests for AV support in meeting spaces.
- Clarify staff requests and triage tickets.
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics.
- Manage reservations and scheduling for the AV Event Services team.
- Complete additional project duties for action item follow-ups or provide support as needed.
