We are actively partnering with a growing company in the fintech space, and they are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to run their marketing team. They are seeking a candidate with a strong digital marketing background, with a heavy focus on SEO and PPC. This person will manage two Marketing Associates and help to build out the marketing team. The company's headquarters are here in Chicago, and they are offered a hybrid friendly schedule with flexibility along with a competitive salary plus bonus and benefits package.

The role:

• Develop targeted digital campaigns based upon data and analytics and using various data sources (Google Analytics (G4), Hubspot, SEO, Facebook, Instagram Analytics, etc.)
• Strategize and implement all creative design campaigns (print/digital) with third-party agency.
• Achieve marketing objectives via digital advertising, including display, paid social, retargeting, and optimization of Google AdWords and PPC campaigns.
• Optimize website for user experience, conversion, search engines, audience segmentation, and learning.
• Work directly with the CEO and COO on all things marketing related in partnership with a 3rd party agency
• Manage two marketing associates

YOU:

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficient in HubSpot, HTML, CSS, and WordPress
• Experience managing SEO and PPC projects, along with location-based marketing
• Ability to take direction and work cooperatively with others.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing start up environment
