Excited new opportunity for an Office Manager for one of our prestigious clients located in the West Mifflin area. If you have 3+ years of administrative experience working in a service/manufacturing industry, continue reading the job duties and requirements below.

  • Manage information technology and systems in collaboration with external technology service partner
  • Manage bid process, project time tracking, and reporting
  • Review requisitions and prepare Sales Contracts and subsequent changes.
  • Plan and support onsite guests, and company-wide events (offsites, meetings and celebrations)
  • Manage and track purchasing (including office supplies, subscriptions, software, etc) for company and teams
  • Schedule activities for the company, such as materials delivery, customer projects, and sales appointments
  • Provide user support and customer service on all supported mobile devices (laptops, smartphones, applications, etc)
  • Proactively gather financial, sales, and job information to ensure timelines are met
  • Research and help implement technology to improve our efficiency and profitability
  • Collaborate with management on business decisions

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of administrative experience in a fast paced business environment.
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Ability to learn new software systems.
  • Committed to high levels of customer service, especially to timely follow ups and issue resolutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level organization
  • Independent and self-driven.
  • Demonstrates positive attitude and takes a proactive approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
