Our client, a long-standing Chicago asset management firm, is seeking an HR Generalist to join their team. This role will report directly to the HR Director to handle day to day programming of HR policies and procedures, recruiting, benefits administration and employee tracking in the database.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of HR experience in a professional services setting
- Knowledge of benefits administration and open enrollment
- Experience with the full cycle recruitment process including sourcing through onboarding
- Experience working within a CRM, ideally ADP Workforce Now
- Bachelor's degree required
