Our client, a Biotechnology Company located in Waltham, MA, is in search of a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team! This is a full time role, Monday through Friday with hours of 8am-4pm, or 9am-5pm, and compensates up to $36 an hour depending on experience.
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will work closely with the recruiting and hiring teams to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience. Recruiting Coordinators are the backbone of a Talent Acquisition Team. You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating all recruiting events (e.g. meetings, calls, interviews, hiring huddles/debriefs) across multiple calendars. You have a reputation for being extraordinary at multitasking, detail management, and executing without all the information upfront. This role requires an obsessive attention to detail, responsive communication, thoughtful problem-solving and an execution mindset.
How You'll Drive Impact
- Schedule: deliver high-volume of scheduling: phone screens, video conferencing, work samples, presentations and onsite interviews
- Coordinate: facilitate coordination of all scheduled event including logistics for onsite interview days as well as support pre/post-interview meetings
- Support: provide updates to candidates regarding their interview status; complete system
updates on candidate statuses
- Impress: execute processes and tasks that provide an impressive candidate experience and an efficient; create best-in-class experiences for the hiring manager and interview team with the People Team
- Up-level: develop strong client and stakeholder relationships (e.g. hiring managers, Recruiting, People Team, and Workplace Experience) and maintain effective communication channels

in-person) and interpersonal skills
Desired Multipliers
- 2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar Coordination support role
- Experience with using JazzHR applicant tracking system (ATS) or similar recruiting tools
- High confidence of Google products (Google Mail, Calendar and Docs) for scheduling
- Ability to work across various US and international time zones
- Accommodate occasional travel as needed (10%)
