We're hiring! Beacon Hill has partnered with a reputable association in Chicago in hiring a temporary Human Resources Coordinator to start immediately! This role will help the human resources team get through their busy season with the potential for a permanent position with the association.

Responsibilities:

• The HR Coordinator ensures that employees are processed through all administrative and systematic needs, including on-boarding and off-boarding
• Process requisition forms, updating vacancy report
• Post and update open positions internal and externally as requested
• Assist the recruiting team with calendar management while scheduling phone screens and in-person interviews
• Process background checks and conduct reference checks

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience as a Human Resources Assistant or Coordinator
• Experience utilizing UKG Pro (Ultipro) and proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis in providing quality customer service to internal employees
• Highly organized with the ability to hit tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required
