Our client, a health care company in Virginia Beach, VA, is seeking a temporary-to-hire Executive Assistant to provide executive support to the VP and a 3-4 Directors!

About You:

• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in MS Office Products (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
• Ability to handle and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Must be proactive, have good problem-solving and research skills, and have a strong sense of the work/what they do.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule on-site (2 days/week) at the Virginia Beach, VA location.

The Job:

• Handle scheduling and calendars.
• Coordinate meetings; manage itineraries, agendas, and logistics related to meetings.
• Act as a "gatekeeper" and communicate directly and on behalf of the VP with staff and external parties.
• Research requested meetings/vendors before scheduling meetings.
• Prepare deliverables and complete additional tasks as needed.

This is a temporary-to-hire position that pays $22/hr-$26/hr when temporary and converts to a salary of $50K-$55K if made permanent, depending on experience. If you are interested in this role and have good experience providing executive support, apply today with your MS Word resume!
