Our client, a reputable law firm in Center City Philadelphia is seeking a contract Office Assistant to provide support to their team. This is a great opportunity to showcase your interpersonal and organizational skills!
About You:
* 1+ year of experience in a professional office setting required
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Self-starter with the ability to organize workload
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Enjoys working in a collaborative environment
Day to Day:
* Assist attorneys, partners, and various staff in office administration
* Act as first point of contact, ensuring all calls and visitors are assisted in a timely and welcoming manner
* Coordinate and plan various meetings and conferences
* Assist in the preparation of presentations and legal documents
