Our client, a reputable investment management firm, is seeking a vibrant Recruiter to join their team in Plymouth Meeting, PA! You will be responsible for spearheading the full-cycle talent acquisition process for positions ranging from internships to high-level analysts.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of experience of recruiting experience, either in an agency or corporate setting
- Experience working within an ATS and HRIS systems
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Creative problem-solving skills to develop recruiting strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple departments
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
Day to Day:
- Create and edit job postings to accurately portray responsibilities and requirements of open roles
- Source candidates through job boards, postings, LinkedIn, and creative outreach strategies
- Facilitate the full-cycle recruitment process from initial screenings through final interviews, extension of offers, and onboarding of new hires
- Serve as main point of contact for external candidates and internal stakeholders including hiring managers, team members, and senior leadership
- Provide transparent communication at all levels and serve as a professional and knowledgeable champion of the company
