Our client, a reputable investment management firm, is seeking a vibrant Recruiter to join their team in Plymouth Meeting, PA! You will be responsible for spearheading the full-cycle talent acquisition process for positions ranging from internships to high-level analysts.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of experience of recruiting experience, either in an agency or corporate setting
• Experience working within an ATS and HRIS systems
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Creative problem-solving skills to develop recruiting strategies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple departments
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail

Day to Day:

• Create and edit job postings to accurately portray responsibilities and requirements of open roles
• Source candidates through job boards, postings, LinkedIn, and creative outreach strategies
• Facilitate the full-cycle recruitment process from initial screenings through final interviews, extension of offers, and onboarding of new hires
• Serve as main point of contact for external candidates and internal stakeholders including hiring managers, team members, and senior leadership
• Provide transparent communication at all levels and serve as a professional and knowledgeable champion of the company
