Our client, a family office, is seeking a Receptionist to join their NYC team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company with a track record of longevity amongst their staff as well as the chance to learn and develop new skills. The hours are 8:30-5:30 (need flex to occasionally come in early) and they are in the office five days a week.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests, offer refreshments, and alert to appropriate parties
• Answer phones, direct calls, and take messages
• Manage conference rooms: coordinate meeting schedule and oversee tidiness/organization of space
• Receive, log, and dispatch mail and packages
• Pick up meal deliveries from the lobby and coordinate with the onsite Chef and Office Manager as needed
• Ensure office supplies are well stocked

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 0-2+ years' experience in a professional setting
• Proficient in Microsoft office Suite
• Polished and friendly professional with a can do attitude
• Ability to multitask and take initiative under pressure

Compensation/Benefits:

• Up to $60-85K base depending on experience + bonus
