Our client, a real estate investment trust, is seeking a Receptionist to join their NYC team. This role will act as the first impression for their corporate headquarters and act as an extension for the C-Suite. The hours are 8:30-6pm and they are in the office five days a week. The company does also offer Summer Fridays with a 3pm close from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Responsibilities:

• Manage reception desk, coordinate conference room calendar, answer and direct calls
• Greet and direct guests; alert appropriate parties
• Coordinate with Kitchen Team for breakfast and lunch service
• Complete office supply inventory and restock as necessary
• Order/receive catering, respond to requests, and report technical issues to IT
• Manage visitor access to privileged spaces

Qualifications:

• Polished, friendly, and punctual individual with exceptional communication skills
• Some reception experience required
• Comfortable in a high volume, high touch environment
• Familiarity with Yardi, SharePoint, Sonos, and Outlook a plus
• Strong team player with a "no task too big or too small" mentality

Compensation/Benefits:

• Up to $65-70K base depending on experience + OT + bonus
