Our client, a small financial services firm, is seeking a part-time Office Clerk to join their Ardmore team! Those with strong multi-tasking and great organizational skills will thrive in this role!
About You:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ year of experience in a professional setting, internships welcome!
- Professional demeanor and incredible written and verbal communication skills
- Strong sense of judgement and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to problem solve and have a solution-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively in a team, while still performing as an individual
- Desire to help and jump in on additional tasks
Day to Day:
- Serve as the main source of administrative support for the entire office
- Organize physical and digital documents, including scanning and filing
- Act as gatekeeper, routing phone calls and directing visitors to correct contacts
- Welcome and assist all visitors, guests, and clients with professionalism and warmth
- Assist other employees with various projects as needed
This role is perfect opportunity to gain professional experience with a well-known company and utilize your administrative skills.
