Our client, a medical device company located in Danvers, MA, is seeking a part-time Temporary Education Materials Coordinator to join their team. This role is slated through September 2023 with the possibility to extend and will comprise of a 25-30 hour per week schedule. The role can compensate up to $24/hour.

Primary Responsibilities:
* Assist in creation and shipping of new hire demo kits
* Assist with all equipment inventory, ensuring items received are properly documented and stored and also that any items needed are ordered, received, documented and stored
* Provide support and daily management for all equipment, ensuring it's in working order; identify and address equipment issues in a timely manner ensuring repairs made when needed
* Maintain equipment to verify in working order and provide daily oversight to shipping requestors so that equipment arrives and returns on time.
* Acts as point person between various departments to ensure equipment procurement
* Assist with set up, take down and/or demonstrations as needed
* Communicate cross functionally to ensure compliance with internal processes and provide equipment updates as needed.
* Assist with continual updating of equipment and systems to latest software systems and updated product demo kits
* Required Qualifications: Ability to lift, push, pull and move equipment and materials up to 50 pounds
* Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working with training equipment and/or logistics experience
