Our client, an early childhood education program/school, is seeking a temporary Receptionist to support their DC office!

About You:

• 1+ years of reception/administrative experience; experience in an early childhood or school setting is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Outlook), with the ability to learn/master other computer technology/software programs as needed.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and written/oral communication skills.
• Ability to be 100% on-site at the Washington, DC location.

The Job:

• Welcome guests and receive, screen, and direct all incoming calls in a professional manner.
• Respond to inquiries/requests for information on the program and/or community.
• Maintain front desk logs and office supplies.
• Assist in meeting preparation, mailing, and communication on behalf of the school and/or managers.
• Other administrative duties/tasks as assigned.
