Our client, a local commercial real estate firm in Arlington, VA, is seeking a temporary-to-hire Property Operations Project Coordinator to support their team!

About You:

• 3+ years of experience in ops/customer service/project coordination.
• A Bachelor's Degree is ideal, but an Associates Degree is required.
• Proficient in MS Office Products (especially Excel); must be able to learn new systems quickly.
• Experience working with customer relationship management and maintenance management systems is preferred.
• Excellent oral/written communication, customer service, organizational, and multitasking skills.

The Job:

• Assist with clerical duties, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
• Handle vendor coordination and manage vendor agreements.
• Serve as the point of contact for electrical and maintenance units.
• Coordinate/schedule maintenance visits, upload contracts/agreements, and dispatch technicians to property sites.
• Process invoices and document expenses related to customer services.

This is a temporary-to-hire position that pays $25/hr-$27/hr when temporary and converts to a salary of $60K-$65K when made permanent (DOE).
