Our client, a reputable law firm, is seeking a Receptionist/Office Assistant to join their Philadelphia office! This direct hire role offers an incredible opportunity to utilize your administrative skills with a prominent firm.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• 4+ years of administrative or reception experience in a legal setting
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Excellent ability to multitask and quickly problem solve in a fast-paced environment
• Exhibit preparedness by taking initiative, thinking ahead, and planning proactively

Day to Day:

• Serve as first point of contact for all visitors and guests, including deliveries and facilities vendors
• Triage internal and external calls to accurate contacts and parties
• Maintain a detailed and accurate log of all visitors, guests, vendors, and deliveries each day
• Ensure visitors are assisted in a timely, welcoming, and professional manner
• Maintain email correspondence as needed
• Coordinate the scheduling of conference and meeting rooms, sending out confirmations, cancellations, and rescheduling as needed
