Our client, a prominent insurance and investment firm, is seeking an Administrative Associate to join their small but mighty team in Carpinteria, CA! This contract to hire role offers an incredible opportunity to make an immediate impact with your strong and dynamic administrative skills.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred
- 3+ years of administrative experience in a professional setting
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite required
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent sense of judgement, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
- Adaptable and possess an "all-hands-on-deck" mentality
Day to Day:
- Serve as first point of contact for all visitors and guests, including deliveries and facilities vendors
- Triage internal and external calls to accurate contacts and parties
- Liaise with corporate team for inventory and facility management
- Update and maintain the office calendar as well as coordinate travel arrangements
- Track and process detailed expense reports
- Prepare documents and reports as required
- Assist with additional administrative responsibilities as needed
This contract to hire role offers an excellent opportunity to utilize your administrative background to make an impact within a small office!
