Our client, a philanthropic organization, is seeking a temporary-to-permanent Program Coordinator, Teaching/Learning Center to support their team in Washington, DC!
About You:
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Previous experience supporting an education program and events is ideal.
- Proficient in MS Office Products (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent oral/written communication, collaboration, time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule (2 days/week) on-site at the Washington, DC location.
The Job:
- Answer phones and respond to emails; manage programmatic records/files.
- Manage calendars/scheduling; track project timelines and assist with event planning/coordination.
- Assist with budget oversight and preparing financial reports.
- Prepare flyers, newsletters, brochures, presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents.
- Provide additional programmatic/administrative support as needed.
This is a temporary-to-permanent position that pays $22/hr-$25/hr when temporary and converts to a salary of $53K-$57K when made permanent, depending on experience. If you are interested in this opportunity and have relevant experience, apply today with your Microsoft Word resume!
