Our client, a policy think tank, is seeking a direct-hire Operations & Events Specialist to support their Washington, DC office!
About You:
- 1+ years of previous administrative support and event experience.
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Professional, organized, and detail-oriented with excellent oral/written communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to be 100% on-site in the Washington, DC office (8:30AM-5:00PM EST).
- Ability to occasionally work outside office hours for events.
The Job:
- Provide general office support and reception desk/mail services support.
- Handle vendors, deliveries, and onboarding.
- Update floorplans.
- Event development, implementation, and management.
- Ensure the success of external/internal events and meetings.
- Provide additional support and complete tasks as needed.
