Responsibilities:
- Promptly respond to emails and phone calls from customers
- Follow up on any service requests to ensure any issues are resolved
- Process and track return authorizations and process customer orders
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant customer service experience
- Advanced Microsoft Suite skills including Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Excellent communication skills (Spanish is a plus)
