Reputable Pittsburgh Insurance Broker is looking for a Client Manager to work in their downtown office. If you want to be a part of a growing team of professionals who are dedicated to providing top notch customers service to clients about employee benefits keep reading!
Job Description:
- Work directly with the employee benefits consultant to support client's needs from an administrative capacity.
- Promote coverage through the request for proposal process by organizing responses, generating spreadsheets and other documents, while ensuring the accuracy of each deliverable.
- Discuss proper communication techniques with clients to deliver employee communications and open enrollment materials.
- Add lines of coverage to existing accounts.
- Prepare renewals, contact clients for updated information, create renewal proposals and handle other renewal activities in coordination with the consultant.
- Assist in client renewal changes such as new carrier implementation, adding new products, etc.
- Prepare meeting summaries and follow-up items, making sure all follow-up items are addressed.
- Maintain applicable licensing by participating in continuing education.
- Possess a strong ability to effectively communicate, orally and in writing, which will include the ability to design and deliver effective group presentations using various media to the client.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of EB brokerage experience servicing clients with 100 or more employees
- State Life, Accident, and Health license
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
