Our client, a private wealth management firm, is seeking a Client Service Associate to join their NYC team. The hours are 8:30am-5:30pm (light flex for OT) and this position is on a hybrid schedule with three-four days in the office and the others remote.
Responsibilities:
- Support Advisors with operations and administrative tasks required to establish and maintain client relationships
- Speak with high-net-worth clients daily, handle requests, and email forms
- Assist with opening new accounts: prepare necessary forms and enter data into internal systems
- Perform account maintenance, prepare reports, and update CRM
- Create an itinerary for client roadshows and assist with client event planning
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 4+ years of experience working at an SEC-registered adviser or FINRA broker-dealer
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; must have strong Excel skills including Vlookup's and Pivot Tables
- Familiarity with portfolio management systems and custodial platforms, preferably Fidelity, Schwab, Tamarac, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Experience with document management and workflow systems such as Laserfich a plus
- Basic knowledge of financial instruments
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $100K-120K base depending on experience + bonus
