Our client, an extremely impactful non-profit organization, is actively seeking a contract to hire Operations Coordinator to help support their highly visible operations team! This position will be responsible for providing detailed administrative and logistical support to a busy team. The ability to multi-task is a must!

About You:

  • 2+ years of administrative support experience required
  • Prior experience in a mission-driven program or non-profit organization preferred
  • Expert organizational skills with a specific emphasis on details
  • Professional, mature and personable communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A natural team-player who is eager to take on new and differing responsibilities
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite

The Job:

  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Team which includes, but is not limited to, calendar management, invoice processing, event scheduling, scanning, filing and organizing documentation
  • Answer incoming calls and correspondence for the team
  • Assist with general office needs by setting up for events, breaking down events and liaising with vendors
  • Create presentations, memos, reports and documentation to be utilize by the Operations Team
  • Assist in overseeing and managing departmental budget
  • Assist in travel planning for executives by creating travel plans, booking logistics, etc.
  • Consistently update internal database with donor information, project information, and run associated reports for the team
  • Helping with special projects as needed

This contract to hire position will work on a hybrid basis out of the organization's Philadelphia office. This position pays up to $30/hour while on contract and up to 65k if permanent.
