My client is Looking for someone with corporate collections experience who can hit the ground running! If you have business to business collection experience, continue reading.
Job Description:
In this role you will be responsible for all collections of an assigned group of customer accounts. The right candidate will have experience in collections, identifying customer billing errors, understanding credit limits, terms, etc.
Duties and Responsibilities
Reviews past due customer accounts
Makes outbound collection calls.
Monitor payment status problems.
Respond to past due issues.
Prepares and coordinate aging reports.
Identifies issues on delinquent accounts.
Completes or escalate past due accounts that require bond filing, lawsuit, etc.
Review regular collection reports & resolve issues.
Qualifications
In-depth knowledge of collections & practices
Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
Self-motivated and self-directed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to create trust and build relationships
Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
Educational training beyond high school level
