Our client, a trade association in Arlington, VA, is seeking a direct-hire Sales Director to support their team!
About You:
* 3+ years of direct sales experience are required.
* Bachelor's degree in business, or a similar field, is strongly preferred.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to work a hybrid schedule (3x/week) at the Arlington, VA location, and willingness to travel 1-2x/month.
The Job:
* Manage and build relationships with contractors and trade schools.
* Promote and sell the association's benefits and certifications.
* Answer customer questions and fulfill customer needs.
* Travel to trade shows and set up contractor meetings.
* Support with other duties as needed.
This is a direct-hire position that offers a salary of between $85K-$95K (DOE) plus a quarterly commission structure. If you have an aptitude for sales with previous experience working in trade associations, please apply today with your Microsoft Word resume!
