Our client, a local news network, is seeking a temporary-to-hire Administrative Coordinator to support their busy team in Bethesda, MD!
About You:
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 1+ years of administrative and office operations experience.
- Possess exceptional oral/written communication, organizational, customer service, and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently (with minimal supervision) and in a team.
- Proficient in MS Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Teams); Coupa experience is ideal.
- Ability to work 100% onsite in Bethesda, MD, Monday-Friday.
The Job:
- Manage the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of the department; assist the Office Manager.
- Calendar management; coordinate and schedule appointments.
- Maintain office and kitchen supplies and liaise between vendors.
- Manage travel arrangements, expenses, and invoicing.
- Handle incoming calls, and sort mail and packages.
- Provide additional special projects, administrative, and general team support as needed.
