Our client, a medically focused association is Rosemont, is seeking an Education Program Strategist to join their education and research team! This candidate will place a crucial role in the big picture strategy of online learning, CME and education program development. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience handling the planning and strategy of educational content and online learning programs.

The Role:

• Provide content development for live and eLearning education activities. Will serve as both a researcher and facilitator to ensure the most relevant educational content, learning objectives and formats. Oversees specific educational activities including but not limited to the Annual Meeting, Specialty Day, and others as assigned.
• Researches the latest education and arthroscopic-specific trends and translates into recommendations to ensure relevant, timely and valuable curriculum for AANA's educational portfolio.
• Provides input into activity agendas to ensure optimal learning objectives and content
• Analyzes data from activity evaluations to foster content enhancements and format improvements.
• Oversees key tasks for the Annual Meeting
• Drafts and monitors project timelines, work plans and adjusts as necessary to ensure success. Works with the Education team to monitor policies and adjust based on need/budget.

You:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years in an association or related field working within the education department
• Experience developing and implementing continuing education offerings both virtually and in person
• Experience with medical associations is preferred but not required
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to commute to Rosemont 2x per week
