Our client, a hedge fund, is seeking a Junior Compliance Associate to support the compliance team in their NYC office. The hours are 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm and this role is hybrid with Monday-Thursday in the office and Friday remote.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor the firm's Compliance Management tool
- Coordinate the compliance surveillance process for new hires
- Prepare and distribute various monthly Personal Trading reports
- Administer system updates and manage troubleshooting
- Distribute various firm wide compliance certifications, questionnaires, and acknowledgments
Qualifications:
- 0-2+ years of experience
- Organized and thoughtful professional with impeccable attention to detail
- Capable of handling confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Interest in the compliance and/or legal spheres
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $80K-85K base depending on experience + bonus
