Our client, a hedge fund located in Midtown Manhattan, is seeking a Temp Research Coordinator to add to their staff. Hours are 8:00am - 6:00pm and they are in office 4 days and 1 day work from home.
Responsibilities:
- Support a team of mid-level investment professionals including a Portfolio Manager and two Analysts
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling conflicts
- Book all travel arrangements, domestic and international, including creating itineraries
- Process all expense reports for the team in a timely manner
- Answer and screen phone calls
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience
- Able to hand high volume and fast pace
- Must have financial services experience
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred
Compensation:
- $40-$45/hr
