Our client, a financial services firm located in Bethesda, MD, is seeking a direct-hire Client Services Associate to join their team!
About You:
- 2+ years of client services experience are required for this role.
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- Hands-on experience with financial planning is strongly preferred.
- Customer service attitude with strong oral/written communications.
- Must be a team-player and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- Ability to work a 100% on-site at the Bethesda, MD location.
The Job:
- Manage complex calendars, prepare agendas, and coordinate travel arrangements for Principle and other executives.
- Support with new client intake meetings and manage follow-up action items.
- Screen phone calls and client correspondence.
- Prepare and review client documents, gather additional materials, and ensure items are up-to-date.
- Additional duties and projects as assigned.
This is an exciting direct-hire position that offers a salary of between $75K-$85K, depending on experience. The ideal candidate for this opportunity has client services experience and warm communication skills.
