Our client, a well-known museum in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary Visiting Services Assistant to support their team!
About You:
- 1+ years of customer service experience.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work inside and outside and stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to be 100% on-site.
The Job:
- Scan visitor electronic and hardcopy paper passes.
- Comprehend and retain basic training on the use and care of the scanning equipment.
- Act as a museum representative and first contact for visitors.
- Quickly answer simple, common questions and know where to direct visitors for more information.
- Other tasks as assigned.
