Our client, a non-profit organization in Arlington, VA is seeking a temporary Care Services Coordinator to support their team through March 2024!
About You:
- 3+ years of related professional experience; previous experience working in case management, social work or care services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain complete confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage competing priorities.
- Professional experience working with Medicare and Medicaid is preferred.
- Ability to drive to local clinics is required.
The Job:
- Provide care consultations for clients and caregivers over the phone and in person.
- Deliver information on available programs and services.
- Manage relationships with clinics and communicate with clinic staff.
- Maintain database and ensure accuracy of records.
- Assist with additional special projects and provide support as needed.
