Our client, a commercial real estate brokerage firm, is seeking a Temp to Perm Member Experience Coordinator to support their NYC office. Hours are 9am-5pm with a high degree of flexibility as needed. This position is in office Monday-Thursday and remote on Friday. Note they are looking to move quickly and have someone start the 2nd week of September.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with member anniversary tracking, reminders, outreach, and distributing tasks to other departments
- Help write internal communications for outreach projects
- Research new platforms to bring to members
- Use Salesforce to manage the onboarding and off-boarding of members
- Complete outreach calls regarding events, incentives, surveys, etc.
- Present to groups or 1:1 meetings
- Act as main POC for help desk and answer member questions/concerns
- Assist events team with special projects leading up to events
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Comfortability with public speaking and presenting
- Ability to travel multiple times per year
- Proactive, confident, and solution oriented
Compensation:
- 60k - 75K DOE + Amazing Benefits
