Our client, a large lobbying association, is seeking a direct hire Vice President of Corporate Partnerships to help lead their growing team in Washington, DC!
About You:
- 10+ years of experience in a political fundraising or membership recruitment role.
- A bachelor's degree is required for this role. Master's degree is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work closely with C-Suite leaders and other high-level individuals.
- Must be able to work within political infrastructure, specifically the DC political landscape.
- Excellent oral and written communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule (3x/week) in the Washington, DC Office.
The Job:
- Cultivate actionable relationships and steward existing high-level partners.
- Attain revenue and retention goals while developing initiatives to grow current accounts.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current policy and engage with advocacy efforts.
- Lead strategy and engagement for client managers.
- Manage and guide a team of 4-5 Directors, Managers, and Coordinators.
- Additional tasks as assigned.
