Financial Services firm in Midtown Manhattan seeks to hire a Temporary Receptionist. The ideal candidate will have a professional appearance and phone manner and prior front desk experience. This candidate will cover the main receptionist daily with two 15-minute breaks and a lunch break. The main responsibilities include answering and screening phone calls, greeting visitors and guests and inputting them into the building management system, scheduling conference rooms, and maintaining a tidy reception area. When not sitting at reception, you'll provide support to junior bankers helping to process their monthly expenses. Hours are Monday - Friday 12pm-6pm. This role is in-person five days a week. Assignment duration is six months with the potential to extend. Hourly rate is 23/hr.
