Our client, an investment firm in Arlington, VA, is seeking a temporary-to-hire Operations Analyst to support their team!
About You:
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- 1-3+ years of relevant professional experience is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent attention to detail; ability to multi-task and provide accurate results in a short amount of time.
- Outstanding communication and writing abilities.
- Experience in a financial services or legal setting is preferred.
- Ability to be on-site in Arlington 3 days/week. Metro accessible.
The Job:
- Provide administrative and operation support to the legal and due diligence teams.
- Process financial documents, reports and client requests (including collecting data and ensuring quality control).
- Manage internal department requests.
- Update database with client information.
- Prepare meeting materials and ensure notes are taken and recorded properly.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity that pays $31/hr-$34/hr and converts to a salary of $73k if made permanent depending on experience.
