Our client, an early childhood education program/school, has an immediate need for a temporary Receptionist to support their DC office!
About You:
- 1+ years of reception/administrative experience; experience in an early childhood or school setting is a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Outlook), with the ability to learn/master other computer technology/software programs as needed.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and written/oral communication skills.
- Ability to be 100% on-site at the Washington, DC location.
The Job:
- Welcome guests and receive, screen, and direct all incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Respond to inquiries/requests for information on the program and/or community.
- Maintain front desk logs and office supplies.
- Assist in meeting preparation, mailing, and communication on behalf of the school and/or managers.
- Other administrative duties/tasks as assigned.
