Our client, a startup Life Sciences company headquartered in Cambridge, is seeking a Senior Marking Events Manager to support their team. This role will start on a 6 month contract basis and have the potential to be permanent. This role will compensate up to $45/hr depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
* Oversee event programs, including sponsored conferences, proprietary events, and digital events and webinars, to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
* Develop a comprehensive event strategy aligned with organizational goals.
* Foster cross-functional collaboration with our sales, marketing, and leadership teams to create exceptional events and engage with customers and prospects.
* Manage end-to-end event project planning and execution, including logistics, production, venue selection, budget management, coordination, and KPI tracking.
Qualifications:
* 6+ years of experience in marketing events and client experience planning and execution, including proprietary events, webinars, and industry sponsorships.
* Preferred experience in life sciences and/or healthcare industries, with some exposure to the tech/SaaS sector.
* Exceptional organizational, project management, and written/verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Track record of producing digital and in-person events at both industry associations and proprietary events.
* Strong multitasking abilities, adaptability, and agility in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated management skills, including goal setting, project organization, budget development, process establishment, and execution management.
* Solution-focused mindset, with a history of strategizing and executing successful events.
