Our client, a well-known law firm located in Washington, DC, is seeking a direct-hire Legal Executive Assistant to join their team and support the firm's Service Center!
About You:
- 2+ years of strong executive assistant experience (law firm experience and/or fundamental knowledge of legal terminology/law firm culture is a plus).
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to exercise discretion with confidential/sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented/organized with excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule with 3-4 days/week on-site in Washington D.C.
The Job:
- Implement cross-trainings for teammates.
- Provide support and guidance for new associates.
- Manage billing for internal and external resources across platforms.
- Ensure top client experiences for internal and external clients.
- Prepare documents and meeting materials.
- Special projects and other tasks as assigned.
