Our client, an organization, is seeking a long-term temporary Program Coordinator to support their team in Washington, DC!
About you:
- 1+ years of experience in program coordination, government, or association preferred.
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- Administrative support experience including scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and working within a database is required.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail is required.
- Knowledge of state and federal legislative processes.
- Must be able to work on-site 3 days/week in Washington, DC
The Job:
- Provide support on multiple levels to various staff and programs.
- Handle scheduling and preparation for meetings and staff visits.
- Manage reports, research and analysis, and other reference materials as requested.
- Identify and coordinate program strategies.
- Other administrative and programmatic duties as assigned.
This is a temporary-to-hire position that pays $23/hr-$26/hr and would convert to $50k-$60k (DOE) if made permanent. If you have strong coordinator experience and an interest in public affairs, please apply today with your Microsoft Word resume!
