A prestigious private investment firm is looking to add a Recruiting Coordinator to their HR Department to handle interview scheduling and new hire onboarding. The right fit should be a highly detail-oriented individual with the ability to multi-task and prioritize and will offer outstanding visibility within the firm, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work remotely 4 days/week.
The Role:
- Interview coordination such as gathering candidate availability, sending out calendar invites to interview teams, booking conference rooms, and collecting feedback after interviews
- Sending out candidate assessments, drafting offer letters, and creating candidate profiles in Workday
- Creating onboarding and orientation schedules for all new hires
- Sending new hire requests to IT Department
- Keeping job boards up to date
- Assisting with administrative tasks as assigned
You:
- 2+ years of relevant office experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Workday system a plus
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
