Our client, a non-profit located in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary-to-hire Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team!
About You:
- 2+ years of experience in HR and a bachelor's degree or 4+ years of experience in HR with an associate degree.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to exercise discretion with confidential/sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented/organized with excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
- Experience in high-volume recruiting preferred.
The Job:
- Perform full cycle recruitment for a variety of positions including, sourcing, screening, tracking interview process, and conducting references.
- Manage candidate experience during recruitment process.
- Manage talent acquisition documents and update recruitment status in applicant tracking system.
- Handle confidential HR information with discretion.
