Our client, a prominent commercial real estate firm, is seeking a temporary-to-hire Property Assistant to support their team in Falls Church, VA!
About You:
- A bachelor's degree is preferred, but an associate degree is required.
- 1+ years of PA/commercial property experience required.
- Ability to multitask competing priorities with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent oral/written communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work 100% on-site (Falls Church, VA) from 8/8:30am-5pm, in a fast-paced environment.
The Job:
- Answer calls, assist/resolve problems with callers, and deliver messages to appropriate person(s).
- Work with tenants on requests and work with maintenance to ensure requests/issues are handled.
- Plan tenant building events and assist with tenant move-ins/move-outs.
- Process invoices, handle reporting, maintain files, and purchase/maintain office supplies/equipment.
- Complete special projects and additional tasks as needed.
This is a temporary-to-hire position that pays $22/hr-$24/hr when temporary and converts to a salary of between $50K-$55K when made permanent (DOE).
