Entertainment firm located in Dumbo, Brooklyn is seeking to hire a Temp Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This position will start ASAP, hybrid schedule (requires flexibility to work onsite 3 days). Hours 8:00am-6:00pm, with flexibility to work OT. Position will require working after hours. Temp needed a minimum of two months with strong potential to extend.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level executive and personal administrative support to the CEO. Position will work closely with another EA
- Plan domestic and international travel and coordinate all related logistics
- Provide a bridge for smooth communication between internal staff as well as clients and outside organizations, demonstrating leadership to maintain confidentiality, trust, support, and follow through with all stakeholders
- Complete expense reports
- Proactively address pressing business issues that need immediate attention
- Assist with ad hoc personal errands and requests, including running errands, on-line purchasing and follow up, etc
Qualifications:
- 2+ years EA administrative experience supporting a senior executive/CEO/ high profile individual
- BA highly preferred
- High attention to detail
- Flexible, can-do attitude with a 'no task too small' mentality;
- Willing to take ownership of tasks from beginning to end
- Friendly, reliable, confidentiality and discretion
Compensation:
- $30-$40/hour pay rate
