Top global private equity company located in Hudson Yards is seeking to hire a Temp to Perm Executive Assistant Floater to support multiple individuals as needed within a business or across multiple businesses. This position will start ASAP and the temp trial period will extend until early next year and potentially longer. Hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm with flexibility to come in earlier and stay later as needed. This is on-site 4 days/week with 1 day remote. Candidates must be flexible to come in 5 days/week as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Manage heavy calendars
- Coordinate domestic travel and some international
- Answer phone lines
- Oversee monthly expenses
- Handle expenses for team members
- Ad hoc projects and other admin tasks as requested
Qualifications: Need to confirm
- At least three years of corporate support experience
- Experience in finance or similar environment strongly preferred
- Extremely detail oriented
- Confident individual with the ability to get things done
- Strong written and verbal communication
Compensations/Benefits:
- 100-110K plus paid overtime and discretionary bonus
- Free lunch daily in office
