Industry leading manufacturing company in search of a Senior Corporate Trainer to join their team! Looking for a self-directed individual with 4+ years of Corporate Training experience. This company offers strong benefits and PTO as well as a 401k with a match and a profit-sharing plan.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and design learning solutions both virtually and in classroom
- Partner with third party vendors to identify learning solutions
- Work closely with business partners and stakeholders to define gaps in learning
- Mentor talent development team members
- Manage multiple projects successfully to meet deadlines and project goals
Requirements:
- 4+ years of Corporate Training experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Proficiency in course authoring tools
- Strong project management and planning skills
