Financial Services firm located in Hudson Yards is looking to hire a Temp to Perm Reception/Floor Ambassador for their growing office. This role serves as a professional concierge to an office of 800 employees. Note you work with an amazing team to make sure employees and clients receive the best experience when coming into the office. They are seeking a team player who comes with hospitality/reception experience in a fast-paced environment. You must feel comfortable working from 7am - 7pm based on the shift you are working. Flexibility is key. This role does require someone in office Monday - Friday. Attitude and pride in the work you do is the most important thing.
Responsibilities:
- Organize guest arrivals for 800 employees, communicate consistently with guests and employees
- Respond to email requests from employees in a timely fashion
- Redirect phone calls to the appropriate party
- Assist guests and employees with in-person requests
- Maintain over 50 conference rooms across 8 floors
- Draft instruction manuals to be distributed company-wide and within the Hospitality team
- Ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- BA degree
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Someone able to manage competing priorities with a smile
- Prior experience in a corporate setting/hospitality is key
- Flexible/can do attitude
Compensation:
- Paying between 60K - 65K DOE + Great Benefits
